After finishing my BA in Psychology at McGill University, I set out into the world, with no plan other than to 'go where the wind took me.'  I ended up studying in the arts, first singing, and then acting.  Years later I ended up in New York City where I studied at the Circle in the Square Theatre School.  Around that time I also began to practice Vipassana meditiation, a mindfulness-based technique.

One of the benefits of training in these modalities - the acting, singing and meditating - was that I gained a more refined awareness of energy within myself.  I saw what happened when energy was 'stuck in the system' but also what could happen when that energy began to flow, how I began to feel more free.

Transitioning back from the arts to psychology, I completed my psychotherapy training at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto.

What I offer as a therapist is a caring heart, the ability to hear you as you want to be heard, and an intuitive sense to know where your energy is stuck within you.  I will rarely tell you what you should do but rather, will ask you questions which will hopefully lead you back to yourself.

I obtained a BA in Psychology from McGill University in Montreal.  I completed my Psychotherapy training from the Transformational Arts College in Toronto.  I received my acting diploma from the Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City and studied classical singing for 10 years.

I have a well rounded approach to therapy, drawing from my training in the arts, as well as my years practicing Vipassana meditation.  These modalities have helped me to gain a more refined sense of myself.  I see how energy flows within the system - how it can become stuck, and also how it can be resolved.
