What does it feel like to be stuck, worried, or uncertain of your life's direction? You've hoped that somewhere inside you there's tremendous potential, but right now you aren't certain how to connect with it. Feeling this way can be especially scary when it impacts your ability to fulfill, or even identify, your heart's desires. Getting in touch with difficult feelings can be transformative, and it often feels more meaningful when you explore them with a trusted therapist. Together, we will softly challenge those feelings and beliefs, while mapping out a clear path towards renewed harmony with the world.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (Reg # 008007). I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University in Montreal and completed my Psychotherapy training at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto. I am a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists. I studied acting at the Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City and trained classically as a singer for over 10 years.

As a therapist, I offer a caring heart, the ability to hear you as you want to be heard, and an intuitive sense to know where you are stuck within yourself.  I will rarely tell you what you should do but will ask questions that help lead you back to yourself. I have a well rounded approach to therapy, drawing from my training in psychology, my education in the arts, and my years practicing Vipassana meditation.

I live in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood of Toronto where I enjoy sports, cooking, and watching Curb Your Enthusiasm. Meditation, yoga, and time well spent with my family are a few of the things that matter most to me.
